Questions
BEFORE YOU ROLL OUT
What photos do you need?
Four clear selfies per person: face visible, good light, no sunglasses. Different angles help us nail the likeness.
How fast will it arrive?
Your online proof arrives within 24 hours. After you approve it, we usually print within 2 to 5 business days, then standard US shipping typically takes 3 to 4 business days.
What if it doesn't look like us?
Every order includes one free revision, and if you still don't love it, we redo it. You approve the proof before anything is printed.
Can I add more people?
Yes. Every scene fits one or two people at the base price, and up to six people for $15 per extra person.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to create your artwork, never sold or shared for any other purpose, and deleted within 30 days of delivery. We ask for your consent before upload.
Is the artwork made with AI?
Our studio uses AI-assisted tools to compose each scene, then our artists finish every piece by hand. All scenes are our own original designs.
It's a surprise. Can I gift it without their photos?
Yes. Send a gift card by email: they upload their own photos and choose their scene and edition.
